Google AdSense can be a tricky beast if you have never been allowed before.
Generally speaking, it is very easy to get new websites approved once you have a website on Google AdSense.
But what about those that have never been approved before? How can they get approval?

Top 10 Steps to Get Approved Google AdSense Account
1. High Quality Content
Content is king. Provide content that gives users a reason to visit and return to your site.
Do not create multiple pages or sites with duplicate content.
If you have pages or sites that are similar in content or template design, consider integrating pages or sites into one.
2. Create 10-15 Posts
Create at least 10 to 15 posts before attempting to apply in Google AdSense.
You want to have somewhere between 10-15k words on your website prior to applying.
This will help you in approving as it shows your voice for the website. This will help Google understand the quality of your content.
3. Create Contact Page
Having these pages will help someone review your website for AdSense approval if you consider it a legitimate business.
On the Contact page, giving people a way to contact you will help verify your website’s authenticity.
4. Create About Page
You won’t need to have all your personal information on the about page.

6. Confirm Website Content is not on the Restricted List
Sexual, traumatic, explosives, guns, tobacco, recreational drugs, alcohol sales, online gambling, prescription drugs, unapproved pharmaceuticals, or nothing.

7. Do not Use Copyrighted Images
8. Know that (sometimes) Website Age Matters
This is not relevant for all countries, but especially in China and India Google AdSense states that you must have a website for 6 months before applying for approval.
9. Have Clear Website Navigation
Clear navigation will increase the chance to get AdSense. So put your navigation in standard mode.
Make everything clear and easy for the user. Don’t forget the footer too.
10. Remove Other Ads When Applying
Google AdSense is usually the best with ad networks, but if they see your website full of ads from other providers, they may not be able to approve your website.
Having more than one advertiser is 100% in terms of service, your website will appear cleaner to remove ads when you apply.
